We are honouring & celebrating our Youth during the March Break, and holding Youth Gatherings:
Tues, Mar 13th to Fri, Mar 16th 12-2pm.
These workshops are designed with fun in mind, but they also serve to give our children some insight, tools, and skills to lead a balanced, empowered, and happy life. Workshops are lead by Tracy Kennedy, and each workshop includes Meditation, Activities, and Crafts to encourage aspects of a healthy Self (spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental), such as focus and self-connection, releasing and expressing, calming and centering, creating and manifesting, and more.
Workshops are open to Youth 6-15 years.
Workshops are $15 per child. Save $5 if you register for all four workshops ($55/child for the week).

Tues, March 13th 12-2pm
Spiritual: Creating and Manifesting
We'll be creating a Wish Board, and learning how to dream, imagine, and manifest your heart's desires!

Wed, March 14th 12-2pm
Emotional: Releasing and Expressing
Our focus is on music and sound. We will be making Rain-Sticks or Rattles, doing some singing, and learning how to tune into sounds to help release emotions that we may struggle with.

Thurs, March 15th 12-2pm
Physical: Calming and Centering
We will be planting White Sage seeds in a portable container, and learning how to stay grounded and centered with the energy and knowledge of Trees and Plants.

Fri, March 16th 12-2pm
Mental: Focus and Self-Connection
Awaken your imagination, think outside the box, and create some art! This is an open theme arts & crafts workshop, with lots of supplies to express your creative spark.

Pre-registration is required so that we have enough room and age appropriate arts & crafts supplies.
Email Tracy to register:
Youth workshops are held in the large lower level studio.
Parents may wait upstairs in the main area of The Spiritual Spa, as these are not parent/child workshops.
